Dried CBG

CBG (cannabigerol)-known as the "precursor" to all the various cannabinoids-can help lower intraocular pressure in glaucoma, act as an antimicrobial agent against resistant bacterial strains such as MRSA, help with psoriasis and other skin conditions, and can even help regulate emotions, or personal anxiety.

CBG contains CBGA (cannabigerolic acid). And CBGA does not behave like other cannabinoid acids that break down directly into a final ingredient such as CBD, CBN or THC. Instead, CBGA is what the cannabis plant uses to synthesize other cannabinoid acids.

After decarboxylation (or heating), CBGA acts as the parent cannabinoid acid and usually breaks down into THCA (tetrahydrocannabinic acid) and CBDA (cannabidiolic acid).

THCA, in turn, converts to THC, and CBDA to CBD.
