Type of data processed, purposes and legal basis

2.1. The company collects information about natural persons performing a legal transaction not directly related to their business, natural persons conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf and natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units that are not legal persons, to which the act grants legal capacity, conducting business activity on their own behalf. or professional, hereinafter collectively referred to as Clients.

2.2. Customers' personal data are collected in the event of:

  1. a) registering an account in the Online Store in order to create an individual account and manage this account. Legal basis: necessity to perform the contract for the provision of the Account service (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
  2. b) placing an order in the Online Store in order to perform the sales contract. Legal basis: necessity to perform the sales contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
  3. c) subscription to the information bulletin (Newsletter) in order to perform the contract, the subject of which is a service provided electronically.

 2.3. When registering an account in the Online Store, the Customer provides:

  1. a) e-mail address;
    b) address details:
    - post code and city;
    – country (state);
    – street with house/apartment number.
    c) name and surname;
    d) telephone number.

2.4. When registering an account in the Online Store, the Customer independently sets an individual password to access his account. The customer may change the password at a later time, as described in point 7. 

2.5. When placing an order in the Online Store, the Customer provides the following data:

  1. a) e-mail address;
    b) address details:
    - post code and city;
    – country (state);
    – street with house/apartment number.
    c) name and surname;
    d) telephone number.

2.6. In the case of Entrepreneurs, the above scope of data is additionally extended by:

    b) tax identification number.

2. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool:
