Reishi in Traditional Chinese Medicine
Reishi is one of the most revered specifics in Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to TCM, Reishi replenishes Qi, nourishes Blood, transforms Mucus, supports Kidney Essence and calms the Mind. Because it nourishes the Qi of the Heart, therefore, according to Chinese Medicine, it supports in various states of fatigue, both physical and mental.
