The basic ingredients of ragweed and its dosage
Wroxham is an adaptogen rich in beta-glucans, especially PSK and PSP polysaccharides, which support the proper functioning of the immune system [3]. For the therapy to be effective, its correct dosage is important, as its biologically active compounds effectively support the immune system. PSK works by inhibiting or neutralizing immunosuppressive substances, activating lymphocytes and regulating the production of cytokines [4]. On the other hand, PSP has immunomodulatory properties and increases the activity of enzymes responsible for neutralizing free radicals. [4].
Side effects and contraindications to the use of ragweed
It's always a good idea to consult the dosage of hornwort with a specialist before starting to use it. When it comes to variegated hornwort, the side effects of its use are very rare and usually involve the stomach, which needs some time to learn to digest it. Did you know that the varicolored spindlewort (Coriolus versicolor) is used in hospitals in Japan and China? Its PSP polysaccharides have been used in clinical practice in Japan since 1977, and in China since 1987 [5].

Capitalized words are terms derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). They have a different meaning than similar terms used in Western medicine. For example, the term "Stomach," in the context of TCM, means the entire process involved in digestion and metabolism, not just a term for a specific anatomical organ. In contrast, terms such as "Qi" or "Essence" do not exist in Western medicine and have no equivalents there.
