Why MYQO?
When creating our products, we always put the quality of the raw material first. Therefore, each delivery is tested in the independent German laboratory Agrolab. We are one of the few producers of functional mushrooms made from organic, BIO raw materials. We maintain the highest quality standards, but this is not our only goal - we have always had a heart to help those who need it most. We have transferred this mission to the MYQO brand! For each product purchased from us, we donate PLN 3.00 to a foundation that cares for people in need and our four-legged friends.
Mushroom extracts in capsules
The most convenient form of taking mushroom supplements is capsules. Each of our capsules contains 500 mg of extract. One or two capsules are enough to support our body in its proper functioning. Our capsules have been designed so that they are not difficult to swallow and are friendly to vegetarians and vegans.
Powdered extracts of functional mushrooms
Would you like some mushroom tea? Or maybe you want to add the powder to a functional cocktail or morning coffee or cocoa? Maybe your therapy involves larger amounts of extracts? Self-dosing extract powder is the perfect solution. We add a wooden measuring cup to each jar to make it easier for you to dose your favorite extract.

Mrs. prof. Ph.D. medical and health sciences Bożena Muszyńska is the head of the Department and Department of Pharmaceutical Botany at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He has a specialization in pharmaceutical analytics. He is a member of the Management Board of the Polish Pharmaceutical Society, Kraków branch (Deputy Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacy Section), the Main Management Board of the Doctors of Hope Association, the Polish Mycological Society, as well as the deputy chairman of the Medical Mycology Board and a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms.
For over thirty years, her life's mission has been to research the therapeutic and dietary value of mushrooms. She is an undisputed authority in her field, so we are extremely grateful that we can draw knowledge from her scientific achievements. There are quite a few of them, as he has authored over 600 works, including 215 articles in peer-reviewed journals, as well as 5 books (e.g. Edible species of mushrooms as a source of dietary and medicinal substances), as well as 20 chapters in foreign and domestic textbooks. She supervised 9 doctoral theses.
We have been following the professor's work for many years, so it was a great pleasure for us to meet her in person. From the very beginning we found a common language because we were united by our passion for medicinal mushrooms! Naturally, it turned into cooperation. We believe that together we will contribute to increasing awareness of scientific research regarding the amazing properties of functional mushrooms.
Frequently asked questions
What distinguishes the extract from ground mushroom powder, or what to pay attention to when buying mushrooms?
If you want to get the best effect, use mushroom extracts that contain 30% polysaccharides. They can be both in capsules and in powder form.
However, ground mushrooms contain much less polysaccharides (3-5%), which means that they do not have such effective effects. However, they are used as an addition to coffee and a form of prevention that brings results after a much longer period of time than the extract.
Why is it worth choosing only mushrooms that have been tested in laboratories?
When choosing mushroom-based products, it is good to pay attention to whether they have been tested in accredited laboratories for the content of heavy metals, pesticides and other microorganisms harmful to humans and substances that may negatively affect the proper functioning of the digestive system or weaken the immune system. All our raw materials are thoroughly tested in the independent Agrolab laboratory. (See certificates) Thanks to this, we can be sure that they are effective, but above all, safe. These tests also confirm that the raw material used is clean, does not contain e.g. potato starch and has not been exposed to radioactive radiation.
