According to the latest research, up to 50% (!) of people struggle with sleep problems and insomnia. This means that almost half of our society, at some point in their lives, experiences problems with the quality and frequency of sleep.

These data are terrifying, because everyone knows how important sleep is for the proper functioning of the body. So how do you deal with sleep problems? Are prescription drugs with a huge list of side effects the only solution? Not necessarily.

For several years, scientists have been intensively investigating the potential of CBD for various diseases and ailments, including insomnia. It turns out that the results of this research so far are really promising.

Sleep is one of the most important regulatory processes occurring in the human body . ·       Helps reduce stress and tension

Research that has been conducted so far indicates that products containing CBD can be an alternative to prescription drugs without causing any side effects.

CBD dosage for insomnia

As with any other condition, dosage is individual. Each body reacts differently, so what works for one person will not necessarily work equally well for another.
