Taste-wise, you may feel a little something from the banana, but for me personally it is more like the taste of some protein, it must be said that the taste is not the advantage of this shot. As for the consistency it is quite thick. Just 15 ml was enough and it was very good, so considering that the shot is 200 ml it really comes out economical. The effect felt after about 1.5h, typically hemp-like, strong relaxation, improved mood, etc. another advantage, at least for me, is that there is no sleep-inducing effect. I recommend.
