The taste may taste a bit like a banana, but personally it reminds me more of the taste of some kind of protein, it must be admitted that the taste is not the advantage of this shot. In terms of consistency, it is quite thick. 15 ml was enough and it was very good, so considering that the shot is 200 ml it is really economical. The effect is felt after about 1.5 hours, typically hemp-like, strong relaxation, improved mood, etc. Another advantage, at least for me, is that it does not have a sleep-inducing effect.
