INGREDIENTS

A METHOD OF PREPARING

Version for busy people: Pour a glass (approx. 200 ml) of hot water over the tea and leave to infuse for approx. 10-15 minutes.

Versions for those who have more time: Pour cold water over the tea (1 cup of water per 1 tea bag). Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours for a delicious herbal cold brew.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Some ingredients of the infusion (including turmeric) contained in the tea are not recommended during pregnancy. However, its amount in the infusion is much smaller than in a functional drink. Therefore, we recommend consulting a doctor - both for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
