Turmeric is a plant that produces an aromatic spice with a yellow color. The rhizome of turmeric contains compounds called curcuminoids (including curcumin). It is thanks to curcumin that dishes with turmeric acquire a golden color.
Elderberry is a shrub with small yellow-white flowers and dark red spherical fruits. Elderberry infusions have been used for hundreds of years to help relieve ailments associated with the common cold. The active substances in the fruits and flowers of elderberry also help naturally support the immune system.
